Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you will work with a team of developers to deliver software features, APIs, and micro-service solutions. We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience writing software using Agile and DevSecOps methods such as build/release management, CI/CD practices, and test automation..

Contributions

Design, develop, and deploy micro-services and cloud-based web applications on Azure

Collaborate with stakeholders, designers and businesses analysts to refine requirements

Troubleshoot software quality, security, and reliability issues

Participate in code reviews and quality assurance

Automate unit and functional tests

Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop updates and fixes

Support debugging, troubleshooting, and testing of software

Document software code, features, and training guides

Use virtualization and containerization to optimize software systems

Implement solutions and provide continuous improvement recommendations

Presenting technical solutions and demos to a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

5 Years of experience with front end and backend software development languages like Python, Javascript, React, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON

Experience with developing, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining web applications on Python Flask-based Azure App Services and Azure Function Apps

Experience developing secure web applications that meets or exceeds the standards outlined in the OWASP Top 10

Experience using Integrated Development Environments (IDE), particularly Visual Studio Code

Experience developing software with cloud native services or APIs

Experience with Azure services including Cosmos DB, PostGRES, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure Monitor (including Log Analytics and Application Insights), Azure Managed Identity, and Azure Key Vault

3 Years of experience using CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Pipelines

Experience utilizing Git-based version control as part of a team

Experience developing in and implementing docker containers

Experience implementing Automated Testing frameworks including unit testing

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft Azure AI & Cognitive services

Experience coding API calls to OpenAI or other GPT models

Experience with Terraform

Experience with Azure Private Endpoints and other networking concepts

Experience with Zscaler

Experience supporting technical demonstrations or tech challenges

5+ years of application development in an Agile environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
