Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.

Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and drive financial performance.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.

Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's operational teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations management.

Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on performance management.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive continuous productivity improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Experience with automation integration or Industry 4.0 technologies

Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations

Demonstrated experience in successful new product introduction (NPI) from a manufacturing perspective
