Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.

Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and P&IDs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and improve existing ones.

Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).

Ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and controls.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Experience with PLC/SCADA programming or industrial automation systems

Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python for data analysis)
