Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Lead, train, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability and optimize stock levels.

Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and operational performance analysis.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse production teams.

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Proven experience implementing automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.

APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
