Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.

Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and work instructions.

Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

2-5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.

Experience with manufacturing safety standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or process simulation tools

Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)

Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python/R)

Experience with automation, robotics, or SCADA systems
