Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Execute timely repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Install, set up, and commission new manufacturing machinery and systems.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Conduct equipment calibrations and adjustments for optimal performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and basic programming.

Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in welding and fabrication.

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

HVAC or refrigeration system experience.

Robotics troubleshooting or programming experience.
