Duties and Responsibilities: - Work as interpreter between Japanese Managers and Filipino workers - Relay the information from Japanese Leaders to Filipino employees - Attend meetings to discuss company systems with workers - Visit the site with Japanese Managers to coordinate with Filipino workers - Assist and welcome visitors or expats from Japan - Support production related translation - Can attend meetings during Japanese business trips - Help employees with training under Japanese supervision - Do back office related tasks which need Japanese translation
