Drawing on over 30 years of experience empowering people to change their lives, we’re building a culture of hope, wellbeing, and community.

We’re now looking for a Desistance, Recovery, and Wellbeing Team Leader to play a key role in this mission.

You’ll lead a team of passionate practitioners delivering high-quality desistance, recovery, and wellbeing services across HMP Millsike.

You’ll also support in the matrix management of Mitie Care and Custody staff working within our More Than My Past community and Incentivised Substance Free Living Unit (ISFL). Your work will help bring our vision to life, creating a safer, more supportive environment that inspires change and growth.
