Role & Responsibilities:

" Define and document the end-to-end architecture for the Agent Assist solution.

" Design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Node.js.

" Develop integration patterns for real-time and asynchronous communication between services.

" Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models from Gemini and Azure OpenAI.

" Guide development teams on best practices in Node.js and React.

" Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance audits.

" Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and contact SMEs.

" Translate business requirements into technical specifications
