Finance & Accounting Officer

Spotware Systems is looking for a motivated Junior/Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team. This role is a great fit for someone who already has some experience in accounting and wants to continue growing in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.

Communicate with banks regarding transactions, transfers, and statements.

Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.

Support the finance team during audits and compliance procedures.

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation in all financial operations.Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or banking.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Familiar with online banking platforms and reconciliations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English (oral and written).

Good command of Greek — for communication with local banks and authorities.Conditions:
