Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced STS Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.

What will your responsibilities be?

Coordinate and lead development projects for automotive trim from concept to production readiness.

Develop patterns for prototype and serial production trim covers using CAD systems.

Lead and support team members, ensuring project maturity and documentation.

Serve as the main contact for internal and external customers.

Support Cut & Sew and JIT plants during production launch.

Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Technical education in textiles, clothing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive trim development.

Strong technical skills in sewing, cutting, and CAD systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

English and local language proficiency.
