10+ years of experience as EA to senior leadership

Flexible with working hours (Monday–Saturday)

Local travelling is required in this role.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of discretion, ownership,

and attention to detail

Smart, dependable, and professional with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask

effectively in a dynamic environment.

Description

We are urgently looking for Executive Assistant for CEO at Team Computers.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management

skills and be able to act without guidance. Also able to multitask and able to manage

workload.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized

and timely support to our CEO. You need to be flexible and consistent while maintaining

the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external

partners.

Managing the CEO’s calendar and schedule.

Assist in Planning and Executing the day-to-day activities and tasks of the CEO.

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.

Handle confidential information and sensitive materials with care.

Draft high-level reports, presentations, and other documents.

Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Oversee virtual projects, including delegating tasks and managing timelines.

QUALIFICATION

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
