**What you’ll do:**
As a new Web Publishing Operations Manager, you will lead the development and rollout of a new web publishing operating model 'push' that supports our global strategy and new, centralized marketing operations model. This role oversees publishing in AEM, governing standards, driving ongoing improvements, and ensuring consistent quality across Eaton’s multinational web presence. The leader will translate business priorities into seamless digital execution, and scale delivery for faster go-to-market, brand consistency, and operational efficiency. Representing Web Publishing Teams in strategic forums and cross-functional initiatives, this role will drive innovation in how we author, localize, and publish web content at scale (including push publishing and AI and repeatable process automation). Ideal candidates bring deep AEM expertise, publishing process design and leadership, understanding of interconnected systems, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes leveraging CI frameworks, policies, and KPIs.
"Strategic Alignment & Governance
- Lead the translation of business objectives into publishing strategies, priorities, and scalable operating models.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of publishing standards, SOPs, workflows, SLAs, and quality benchmarks to ensure global consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Establish and maintain clear governance structures, including RACIC frameworks and escalation protocols, across publishing and stakeholder teams.
- Represent Web Publishing Services in strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs, ensuring operational feasibility and readiness for execution.
Operational Leadership & Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end AEM publishing operations across publishing teams, ensuring first-time-right quality and on-time delivery
- Drive the push publishing model, further standardization and multi-sites rollouts in partnership with global CoEs and regional field marketing
- Functionally lead and mentor web publishing teams, enforcing governance policies and standards and and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Define and monitor strategic KPIs (e.g., time-to-publish, first-time-right rates, page quality scores, site health) to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead root-cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, minimize rework, and enhance publishing efficiency.
- Drive innovation through automation and AI-assisted publishing, accelerating cycle times and improving accuracy.
Digital Mindset & Change Agent:
- Act as a change agent by embracing digital transformation, adopting emerging tools and technologies, and promoting a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Foster continuous learning and digital fluency across teams to support evolving business needs and drive impactful outcomes."
**Qualifications:**
Batchelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in marketing, technology, or a related field
7+ years in digital content operations or web publishing for large, multi-market organizations.
'5+ years of effective team and project leadership
**Skills:**
• Proven track record in a cross-functional and multiple platform dependencies context (e.g. AEM, PDH, Eloqua, Global Link)
• Demonstrated success introducing process improvements and automation to reduce cycle time and errors
• Experience in business process design and operational excellence frameworks.
-Experience in applying Continuous Improvement methodology (A3, gemba, VSM, PDCA, RCA, etc.) in office environment
