Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for event coordination and facilities? We are looking for a dedicated Events Operations Manager to join our onsite team, supporting our operations at the vibrant Yagan Square and Elizabeth Quay precincts.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our properties while delivering exceptional service to our tenants and clients. Your proactive mindset, initiative and ability to work autonomously—especially on weekends—will be key to your success.

Please note, this role is working **Thursday through to Monday** each week and flexibility on hours is needed to accommodate events schedule over the week.

**Here’s a snapshot of your day;**

• Assist with event bump in and out, act as point of contact on weekends and for live event attendance duties

• Weekly handover briefing with Events Manager for upcoming events and post event debriefs

• Assist Facilities and Property Managers with maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors to ensure quality service.

• Conduct post-event inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety across precincts

• Address inquiries and complaints promptly to foster tenant satisfaction.

• Adhere to all safety and operational protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Manage documentation, including Purchase Orders and safety audits, to maintain operational integrity.
