New Technology Manager Cardio CEE / Territory: Slovenia and Croatia is responsible for adoption of NPs and maximization of its usage across Slovenia and Croatia.

Introduce new emerging technologies products and ensure a fast and sustainable market adoption. This person will report directly to Commercial Strategy Director.

· Make sure new technologies are introduced in the field to hospitals, solve all the challenges that occur during the introduction and make sure the hospital continues to use it after the first introduction phase.

· Provide training on the new technologies to other people in the organization

· Collaboration with technical department, R&D, Clinical department, European marketing, local marketing.

· Work closely with CEE and EMEA Marketing teams is a must.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Essential duties:

· Organize and conduct External Evaluation, Limited Market Release, preparing of Full Market release in cooperation with Management Team, EMEA organization, and local marketing.

· Coordinate and make sure all issues and challenges are solved in the hospital so that the new technology can be installed and introduced, e.g. contact with radiology or other departments/companies outside the EP environment

· In cooperation with EMEA, Management Team and local marketing implement value proposition and marketing material to secure Launch Excellence.

· Promote the new technologies together with the local team to interested customers

· In cooperation with CDM provide training to the first centers using the technology and to local BWI Team.

· Continuously be updated in the complete BW product portfolio and identify new opportunities utilization

· Involvement in clinical studies, white papers, abstracts, etc.

· In cooperation with local Teams implement new technologies in existing workflows and play and active role in development of new workflows

· Train local BW team to a level so they can handle routinely processes accurately in relation to an ongoing EE, LMR or FMR.

· In cooperation with CDM make sure team members are informed and trained on an appropriate level and in an appropriate time on the new technologies.

· Participate in calls and other training activities organized by the EMEA CDM team in order to provide the all relevant information and training to the BW Team.

· Assist the local teams in maintaining hospital staff’s training in order to optimize utilization and best practice of BW products

· Make sure new technology adaptors (NTA) has the appropriate training to lobby on re-reimbursement, for development of treatment guidelines.

· Be in contact with technical department in case of technical difficulties

· Assure together with local marketing the presence of new technologies on local meetings and congresses in line with the marketing plan

· Provide new ideas to R&D and European marketing

· Working in a close relationship with local account managers to effectively implement the sales strategy for the territory and ensure that sales objectives are met in a precise and competent manner.

· Adopt Credo based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers

Operational

+ Respecting deadlines in providing monthly reports, expense reports, forecasts and other company processes.

+ Understand and follow the processes with the Customer Service (pricing, public procurement, consignation etc.).

+ Following and administrating quality Complaints due to Company quality processes.

+ Close collaboration with all supportive departments.

+ Effective expense management

**Job Requirements:**

· Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience

· Experience in having introduced a new technology in EP market, by working with key opinion leaders and centres of excellence

· Hands-on experience in training catheter lab staff, including physicians with a new and sophisticated technology

· Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with every level of the hospital hierarchy

· Ability and willingness to extensive travelling in periods

· In depth experience in CARTO® technology and whole BW product portfolio

· High knowledge and experience in electrophysiology, cardiology and imaging would be mandatory

· Strong record in implementing new technology in accounts

· Track record in developing new workflows and extracting best clinical practice in relation to new products

· Electrophysiology procedural and product knowledge

· Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology

· A strong technical understanding and interest

· Good education and presentation skills
