The Role:

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Develop and deliver training programs

Assess training needs through surveys and interviews

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives

Collaborate with subject matter experts
