Proactively support the Leadership Team in producing goods in a safe manner, being accountable for all aspects of documentation, KPI Reporting and people / product administration tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Shift Leaders, including scanning, typing, filing, and processing paperwork.
Complete wage corrections, exceptions and clocking error updates for Sofina colleagues and temporary workers.
Process Right to Work documentation promptly and accurately.
Communicate and distribute paperwork to relevant departments, including updates to procedures.
Maintain registers, shift rotas, line maps, centre lines, KPI trackers and other operational tools.
Input and update data in site systems such as MIMO, SAP, SOPES and INNOVA.
Complete Change of Particulars forms for permanent and temporary staff.
Attend meetings as a scribe, recording and publishing actions for H&S, projects, DDS and factory discussions.
Collate and record NMR and safety observations, as well as labour and yield meeting actions.
Safety & Hygiene
Act as a role model for safe working practices and report any safety, health or environmental issues promptly.
Liaise with management on reasonable safety requests and ensure WTD risk assessments are completed and distributed.
Promote clean-as-you-go and good manufacturing practices within your area.
Quality, Cost & Accreditation
Support a strong food safety and quality culture across the site.
Drive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within your department.
Contribute to maintaining high audit standards and supporting excellent performance in production and packing.
The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of admin experience; with exposure to FMCG environments.
Experience of working in food manufacturing environment.
Excellent administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point / Office
Efficient in delivering objectives and workload.
Ability to work with peers in a matrix structure to draw in external skills to achieve local goals.
Track record of delivery.
