Position Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading floor operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient
handling of products. This role will drive adherence to customer SLAs, optimize processes for higher productivity,
and ensure complete customer satisfaction with zero error dispatch and robust inventory control. The supervisor will
act as a single point of contact for all inbound and outbound operations while ensuring product & temperature
integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise floor teams to achieve operational KPIs and customer SLAs consistently.
• Efficient handling and monitoring of temperature-sensitive (Frozen & Chilled) products during inward and
outward movements.
• Implement and standardize operational processes for higher productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO and proper inventory control.
• Lead the stock verification, replenishment, cycle counting, and bin audit processes to maintain inventory
accuracy with zero variance.
• Monitor picking, packing, and put-away activities, benchmarking productivity and optimizing resource
utilization.
• Ensure physical condition and safety of the warehouse premises and infrastructure.
• Maintain 100% compliance with SOPs and customer-specific agreements—no deviations without written
approvals.
• Act as the single point of contact for all customer communications related to operations, ensuring timely
execution and feedback.
• Drive zero-error receiving and dispatch processes.
• Conduct regular temperature monitoring and documentation for compliance and food safety.
• Maintain high standards in e-commerce, B2B/B2C, and CICO/FC distribution models.
• Ensure timely escalations and resolutions to avoid customer complaints.
• Support audits, WMS utilization, inventory reconciliations, and generate daily operational MIS.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline, Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferably in QSR,
food service, cold chain, or FMCG logistics).
• Proficient in WMS, MS Excel, and general IT systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, food safety protocols, and temperature
compliance.
