Location: Falls Church, Fincastle, Waterford, Chantilly, Alexandria, Stafford, Springfield, Herndon, Sterling, Loudoun County, Fairfax County

Pay: $20-$32/hr

Schedule: After-school / Part-time

Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children across the Northern Virginia region. This is a part-time, after-school position offering meaningful work and consistent weekday shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home

• Support communication, social, and independence skills

• Follow BCBA-developed treatment plans

• Collect and record session data

• Build supportive relationships with families

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time hours (afternoon / after school)
