Director of Compliance/ Payments (Digital Asset) - Mandarin Speaking

We are hiring for one of our clients in the Digital Asset payment industry in Singapore.What You’ll DoFind and onboard the right banks, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, FX providers, and liquidity partners in Southeast Asia, North Asia, Middle East, Africa, and South America.Map every payment corridor: currencies, speeds, costs, settlement methods, and regulatory needs.Design end-to-end payment and settlement flows together with product, engineering, and compliance teams.Make sure every partner and corridor meets Travel Rule, AML, and local licensing requirements.Spot new market opportunities and build business cases for expansion.You Need8+ years building cross-border payment or digital-asset infrastructure.Existing strong network with banks, PSPs, crypto exchanges, and stablecoin platforms.Deep knowledge of settlement workflows, FX, and crypto liquidity.Comfortable negotiating partnerships and influencing across functions and regions.Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
