Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for executing and ensuring adherence to the company’s quality plan, with a strong focus on defect prevention. Working closely with the department manager and operations teams, this role plays a critical part in maintaining operational health and driving root-cause analysis to prevent the production of defective parts.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of the quality manual

Audit work processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

Complete and maintain respective forms on a daily basis

Inspect assigned departments and/or operations

Provide feedback to operations leadership and the quality department

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1–5 years of experience in a related job area or function

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience using measuring tools and devices

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Experience in the fenestration or window industry

Coating or paint experience

Additional Information

This role requires spending the majority of the workday in a production environment.
