A researcher working with our team starts the day by reviewing ongoing studies and checking updates from collaboration tools like Teams and Outlook. Much of the morning is spent analyzing data from employee experience surveys, space utilization metrics, and accessibility audits to uncover insights that inform workplace design and operational strategies. Midday often involves cross-functional meetings with design, product groups, and HR teams to align on priorities. Afternoons are dedicated to synthesizing findings into reports or dashboards, drafting recommendations, and preparing presentations for stakeholders. Throughout the day, the researcher leverages tools like Excel for data visualization, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for storytelling, ensuring that insights translate into actionable plans that enhance employee experience.
