Role Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing complete HR operations and driving people-focused strategies that align with the hotel’s business objectives. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and training & development.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and an in-depth understanding of hospitality HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end HR operations
Recruitment, onboarding & talent acquisition
Training & development programs
Payroll, attendance & HRMS management
Employee engagement & grievance handling
HR policies, SOPs & statutory compliance
Performance management & annual appraisal cycle
Workforce planning and coordination with HODs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
SHRM / PHR / HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
Good understanding of labor laws, HR policies & compliance
Experience in performance management & employee relations
Ability to design and monitor training & development initiatives
Proficiency in HRMS / payroll systems is an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
8–10 years of HR experience (Hospitality preferred)
