Job Description

The CMM Programmer/Quality Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes for plastic components.

Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional inspection.

Utilize vision systems for automated inspection and quality verification.

Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports to support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications.

Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal CMM Programmer / Quality Engineer -Plastics Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in CMM programming (PC-DMIS or similar software preferred).

Hands-on experience with vision systems for quality inspection.

Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles.

Familiarity with plastics manufacturing processes and materials.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
