A leading retail organization is seeking a Store Operations Specialist to serve as a key liaison between field store teams and cross-functional departments, supporting operational excellence across the business. This role ensures seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate execution of operational processes, enabling store teams to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between field stores and corporate teams, ensuring timely and clear communication.
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Store Support, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations—to support store initiatives, promotions, and process improvements.
Manage the inbox and communications, troubleshoot administrative requests, and coordinate resolutions while maintaining knowledge of store operations and processes.
Maintain strong relationships with field leaders, gathering feedback and championing improvements that enhance daily store operations.
Analyze store feedback and operational metrics to refine processes and improve efficiency.
Support scheduling and coordination of project timelines, meetings, and store initiatives.
Prepare, review, and distribute clear and timely communications, including promotional updates, operational guidelines, and internal documentation.
Assist in maintaining and organizing operational records, reports, and spreadsheets.
Provide guidance and support to peers and store teams to strengthen collaboration and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of experience in retail operations, administrative support, or a cross-functional coordination role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze operational situations and recommend effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
