POSITION OVERVIEW
This position carries both the weight and privilege of shaping the next era of growth for Northside. The new leader will be entrusted with helping refine governance structures, strengthening cross-department collaboration, mentoring a devoted faculty, and cultivating a mission-driven culture that is intentionally taught and consistently lived. They will have the rare opportunity to build on decades of faithfulness, restore healthy leadership rhythms, bring clarity to complex systems, and establish a sustainable executive structure that equips Northside not just for the next five years, but for the next fifty. RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership
Lead, recruit, select, and retain faculty and staff in partnership with the Executive Director, School Board, and Elders.
Supervise, evaluate, and support faculty through consistent instructional leadership.
Develop and promote professional learning that aligns with the school’s Christ-centered mission.
Spiritual Leadership
Cultivate a discipleship-centered spiritual environment with the Executive Director and Elders.
Lead regular Bible study and prayer rhythms for staff and students.
Encourage evangelism, relational ministry, and servant leadership on campus and in the community.
Build the spiritual culture of the school and make it tangible day-to-day.
Academic Leadership
Maintain strong curricular and extracurricular programs rooted in best practices.
Ensure research-based instruction, assessment, data use, and legal compliance.
Foster a professional climate of trust, collaboration, and high expectations.
Oversee curriculum decisions, student performance, faculty qualifications, and annual testing.
Administrative Leadership
Implement a mission-aligned, professional school program in collaboration with the Executive Director and School Board.
Establish effective rules, structure, delegation, and operational procedures.
Lead admissions processes, scheduling, calendar planning, and community relationships.
Promote excellent stewardship of facilities and oversee marketing efforts that support growth and retention.
