Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Construction Project Manager located in Plano, TX. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project coordination and management, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising construction activities and teams. The role also involves collaboration with Senior PMs, Superintendents and PAs, addressing challenges, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management

Strong expertise in Project Coordination and Project Management

Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocols

Previous experience in construction or project management is preferred
