Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Manager - Sales Operations at Lemonpeak in Chennai. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and team performance of our call center. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategy, analyzing call center metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management or sales operations

In-depth knowledge of call center operations, sales processes, and performance metrics

Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using CRM software and call center management tools

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements

Experience in developing sales strategies and implementing sales initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
