Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend morning meetings with property manager and/or maintenance supervisor to outline work for the day

Perform daily upkeep and maintenance of the property, including work orders and grounds maintenance

Complete tasks in units, including painting, fixtures, drywall, appliances, and more

Track maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring efficient operations and ordering when necessary

Be present for vendor/contractor coordination and deliveries

Plan for efficiency in unit turns and schedule completion as directed by the Director of Operations, Property Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor

Ensure unit turn completion on time, maintaining cost control, value engineering, and consistency across Prime Residence units

Keep records and time tracking in AppFolio for both turns and work orders

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Strong customer service skills for interacting with staff and vendors
