About The Position

Monday-Friday No Call No Weekends Full-Time 100% On-Site

A behavioral health facility in Georgetown, Delaware is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join their inpatient team. This is a permanent, on-site position-no telehealth, no call, and no weekend responsibilities-providing you with a structured schedule and work-life balance in a historic, community-focused area.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours only

Call/Weekends: None

Patient Load: Average of 18 patients per day

Setting: 99-bed inpatient psychiatric facility

Team: 2 Psychiatrists, 3 APPs

Treatment Disorders:

Anxiety, mood, and psychotic disorders

ADD/ADHD, personality disorders

Developmental and eating disorders

EMR: Wellsky

Involuntary commitment & pharmacotherapy experience required

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 5 years of residency) - Required

Delaware Medical License - Active or willing to obtain - Required

DEA registration - Active or willing to obtain - Required

BLS certification - Active or willing to obtain - Required
