Description of the role:
As a New Vehicle Sales and Leasing Consultant at Brustolon Buick - GMC in Mystic, Connecticut, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing or leasing new vehicles. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing or leasing new vehicles
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Negotiate sales contracts and financing options
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and organized
Valid driver's license
