Program Manager (Oracle ERP)

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Program Manager (Oracle ERP).

We need someone to assist in managing large-scale Oracle ERP projects while ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and scope.

Responsibilities:

Manage full life cycle of Oracle ERP initiatives

Use MS Project for scheduling and resource planning

Oversee budgets, financials, and forecasts

Work with vendors, develop SOWs, and manage external relationships

Maintain communication plans and stakeholder engagement

Lead risk and issue management processes

Oversee offshore and onsite team coordination

Deliver multi-year, multi-million–dollar projects

Provide leadership across multiple project managers or leads

Essentials:

10+ years of project or program management experience

Deep expertise in Oracle ERP (Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, or Cloud)

Proven history managing initiatives larger than $5M

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with Project Online/Server (PPM tools)

Strong communication, executive presence, and storytelling ability

Experience working in matrixed organizations

Ability to handle pressure and maintain control

Strong business acumen and partnership mindset

Desired:

PMP Certification

Experience leading multiple project managers

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
