Part-Time Food Panel Preparation Specialist

Corporate Fast Food Restaurant

$16.00 per hour

Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00am-8:00pm; Need Availability During These Times

Dublin, Ohio Out (onsite)

What You’ll Do:

Pick up shifts that are pre-determined based on needs

Around 4-20 hours available a week

Rapidly assimilates and uses new information; quick to adapt to new situations and procedures

General use and knowledge of kitchen equipment

Understands and executes detailed cook and build charts and instructions

Handles all food-related products with the highest level of sanitation

Produces a consistent product throughout the entire duration of a panel to ensure accuracy

Cleans booths for tastings and ensures customers are not biased

Works on the assembly line to prepare food for international restaurant tastings

Prepares food items, including bun toasting, meat cooking, produce prepping, and fryer use

Logs testers into iPads

Wraps and plates food, along with serving it

What We’re Looking For:

Associates CANNOT have ANY food allergies

Willingness and ability to switch positions and require little follow-up

Attends all scheduled panels at the assigned time

Ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks and follow checklists

Maintain the fast pace required for all panels

Ability to stand for 5–6 hours at a time

Ability to complete each task without a Sensory Team/R&D Member present

Provide solicited and unsolicited feedback to the Sensory Team/R&D regarding the taste panel

This includes any cooking or serving delays, inaccuracy of products served, and incorrect product usage

Proactive and act without being prompted

This may include helping other consultants and preparing for upcoming panels
