Job Description
As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field issues
Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reports
Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
Lead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades
Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
Mentor junior field staff and promote a positive, productive job site culture

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Superintendent candidates will bring:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and trade coordination
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
OSHA 30 certification preferred
