Restaurant General Manager

We want you to join the team! GROVER’S 2.0 is a dynamic new restaurant located in Milton, Florida, now serving high-quality comfort food to the community. We are hiring a General Manager (GM) for our growing business with the potential for expansion and job growth. The GM is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, and financial performance. Key duties include managing teams to ensure high-quality service, overseeing inventory and cost control, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met, and working with the Owner to achieve short and long-term goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT A MUST!

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the team.

Communicate and uphold Grover’s core values.

Manage staff scheduling and performance.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Restaurant Operations:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety guidelines.

Manage inventory and control costs.

Handle cash management and other financial aspects.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a positive guest experience by creating a hospitable environment and resolving issues.

Implement strategies to monitor and improve customer satisfaction.

Financial and Strategic Management:

Partner with the Owner to set financial goals and develop business plans.

Manage budgets and analyze financial reports to identify areas for growth and cost control.

Identify opportunities for sales growth, including local marketing.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or high school diploma with related experience.

2+ years of restaurant management experience.

Proven leadership ability in a team-based setting.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to assess and develop talent.
