With a strong customer base and growing digital presence, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online platforms, drive traffic, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management

Manage, update, and optimize company websites (Shopify, WordPress).

Ensure smooth user experience, fast loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Implement SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.

Should have knowledge of developing languages and designing software for functionality upgrades and improvements.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.

Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance with actionable insights.

SEO & Content Optimization

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings, maintain blogs and implement strategies to ensure smooth functionality in terms of UI/UX

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Graphics & Creatives

Design and edit basic creatives for ads and website use (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).

Collaborate with creative/design teams for advanced requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management.

Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).

Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.

Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).

Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades.

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
