Location: Ripon, WI

Salary: based on experience

Schedule: Full-time On-site 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM)

About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a motivated Kitting Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift in Ripon, WI to lead and support production team members in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, continuous improvement, team development, and meeting daily production goals with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Create a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence

Empower every team member to actively participate in improvement initiatives

Lead with respect and uphold servant leadership values in all interactions

Identify and eliminate waste while supporting lean manufacturing efforts

Ensure proper training in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 6S

Collaborate with technical staff to ensure adequate production support

Set annual goals aligned with operating metrics and performance targets

Improve workflows, reduce WIP/inventory, and optimize processes

Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues

Work with Union Stewards on contract and discipline matters

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

Work Eligibility: U.S. Work Authorization Required

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)

1–3 years in a medium/high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferred)

Prior manufacturing supervision experience preferred

Internship, co-op, or equivalent experience considered

Skills & Abilities:

Proven servant leadership mindset

Strong leadership with coaching & mentoring capability

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

Solid problem-solving ability with proactive, solution-focused thinking

Understanding of process control, scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban & Lean principles (preferred)

Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods

Manual dexterity required

Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
