Job Title: Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter to organize and lead a crew of 4-6 individuals on various commercial projects, including parks, new build hotels, and commercial remodels. The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the crew completes their punch lists efficiently using an iPad and maintaining open communication with clients and owners on-site.
Responsibilities
Organize and lead a crew of 4-6 individuals on commercial projects.
Coordinate with clients and owners to discuss project updates on-site.
Ensure the crew completes their punch lists efficiently using an iPad.
Oversee the execution of construction tasks such as hanging drywall.
Utilize basic hand tools and ensure proper handling and lifting of materials.
Essential Skills
Basic hand tool experience with tools such as hammers, tape measures, utility knives, and metal snips.
Ability to hang drywall.
Capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Experience running a crew of 4-6 people on a commercial job.
4+ years of carpentry experience, residential or commercial.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience running a crew is preferred but not mandatory.
Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
