About The Position
Description:
Join a well-established Hematology/Oncology team as a full-time NP/PA. Serve a diverse patient base in outpatient and hospital settings, managing oncology and hematology cases with strong physician collaboration in a growing community hospital affiliated with a major health system.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage 15-20 outpatients and 3-5 inpatient visits daily
Participate in tumor board meetings and coordinate patient care
Perform chemotherapy administration, biopsies, and catheter management
Order tests, images, and prescribe treatments following protocols
Provide on-call coverage approx. 10 days/month (including some weekends)
Document thoroughly in EPIC EMR system
Working Hours:
Day shifts (schedule negotiable) plus on-call duties approx. 10 days/month including weekends
Skills:
Proficiency in outpatient and inpatient Hem/Onc care
Strong clinical and procedural skills (FNA, biopsy, chemo administration)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Board Certified NP or PA in Hematology/Oncology
Ohio license (or willingness to obtain)
ACLS and BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
DEA license obtained prior to start
Minimum 1 year Hem/Onc NP/PA clinical experience (non-RN/general practice)
Willing to relocate or live within 40-mile radius
