Who you are
Hands on experience building, fabricating, assembling, disassembling and/or testing
Comfortable using tools and working with your hands, or writing spreadsheets at your desk
Comfortable with writing and using software scripts, logging data and drafting documents
Highly organized and able to communicate effectively
Must be self-motivated with strong initiative to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively.
Able to balance between the perfect solution and just getting it done.
Must be able to work well in an open team environment.
Close proximity to Dublin, OH to be onsite Responsibilities
Execute test procedures and experiments on new and returned product
Read, follow, and maintain documentation for QC test procedures and experiment plans
Disassemble, assemble and inspect returned products on a routine basis
Perform failure analysis and root cause analysis. Track hardware product performance
Log data and constantly improve data clarity and organization for the IoT test team
Work closely with supply chain on inventory processes
Work closely with Hardware and Test Engineers on new experiments and QC processes Qualifications
BS or trade school certificate, equivalent or relevant hands-on work experience
Experience with electronics or electrical testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
Experience with tools and measurement methods, units, tolerances
Is comfortable disassembling and inspecting electromechanical devices
Capable standing and performing light manual labor for many hours per shift
Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented
Experience with Python, Matlab and/or data acquisition software is a plus
Experience with issue tracking and source control such as Jira/Bitbucket is a plus
Experience in a manufacturing or consumer/industrial product test environment is a plus What We Offer:
