Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Oversee procurement and coordination of materials and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and contractual obligations.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor

Proven track record managing projects in the $5M-$50M range

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar software)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
