Java Fullstack Architect

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

The Java Fullstack Architect will lead architecture and solution design for modern full-stack applications.

This role will define and oversee front-end architecture, build scalable and reusable components, integrate with backend services, and ensure high performance, accessibility, and security.

The individual will collaborate closely with UX teams, backend developers, and AEM architects while providing technical leadership and mentoring to distributed teams. Requirement/Must Have:

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with AEM integration and modern web frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Experience:

8+ years of full-stack development experience.

Minimum 3 years in an architect role.

Experience in insurance or regulated industries preferred. Responsibilities:

Define and lead front-end architecture for React applications.

Design scalable, modular, and reusable component libraries.

Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AEM architects.

Build and maintain React components and front-end features.

Integrate front-end code with backend APIs and AEM components.

Utilize tools like Storybook for UI component development and testing.

Work with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for backend services.

Ensure seamless integration with APIs and cloud services.

Optimize for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Manage dependencies and ensure security and stability.

Mentor teams and enforce engineering best practices.

Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders. Should Have:

Proven ability to lead distributed teams.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Skills:

Technical leadership and solution design.

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualification And Education:

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target).

Exposure to Angular as a secondary skill.
