Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: * You'll coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations and environmental requirements aligned with construction schedule milestones * You'll coordinate with Permit Managers to understand permit conditions and translate them into actionable guidance for construction teams to ensure compliance with all environmental approvals * You'll manage environmental and construction consultants who support overall site delivery by conducting required inspections, providing regular reporting, assisting with agency discussions, submitting AHJ notifications and reports, and advising construction teams on field-based compliance concerns.
* You'll identify and mitigate issues that arise during construction related to stormwater, wetlands, streams (CWA 404/401), threatened and endangered species, cultural resources, buffers, tree preservation, and other compliance requirements.
* You'll assist and coordinate with permitting teams to deliver construction-requested permit modifications.
* You'll support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities for new builds.
* You'll support the development of environmental risk assessments and compliance mitigations that enable datacenter construction and operations to meet development timelines * You'll manage environmental compliance planning and execution for pre-construction activities and operational turnovers.
* You'll communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* You'll lead construction environmental compliance efforts, maintain and report project status regularly, and contribute to continuous improvement of an environmental excellence program for datacenter delivery and construction.
* Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships * With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Qualification HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: * Bachelor's Degree in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering * 5+ years of environmental permitting or compliance and approvals experience in America, including management of environmental impact assessments, acquisition of permits, and cultural and ecological surveys and approvals * 5+ years of program and project management experience in America, including permit timeline development, cross coordination amongst disciplines, contracting and leading consultant teams, driving deliverables to the business, etc.
* Previous experience with mission critical facilities or large scale construction projects BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: * Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to establish and maintain cross functional and positive working relationships with internal and external teams * Experience in construction and operational environmental compliance and experience working through environmental permitting and compliance in multiple markets Locations
