About the Role

We're hiring immediately for full-time entry-level sales representatives. You'll learn how to consult with homeowners, present our roofing services, and help clients protect their homes with the right solutions. We provide hands-on training, steady support, and a clear path to advance into senior sales or leadership roles.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and options

Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations

Build trust and relationships in your territory

Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Confidence speaking with people face to face

Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills

No prior roofing experience required-just a willingness to work hard and grow

Compensation & Earning Potential

Unprecedented Guaranteed BASE Salary: $40,000

Uncapped commissions and bonuses on top of base pay

First-year earning potential: $75,000-$125,000 or more, depending on performance
