Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations for large or complex commercial projects.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, materials, and equipment.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies on every job site.
Maintain project schedules and coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure milestones are met.
Conduct daily and weekly site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress photos.
Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field engineers.
Foster a collaborative job site culture focused on communication, safety, and accountability.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; experience as a lead on projects $10M-$50M+ preferred.
Proven background in ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement work across multiple sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.
Deep understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and scheduling.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
