**Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead content development and business enablement for Asset Lifecycle Management within Maximo Application Suite (MAS). In this role, you will: · Define go-to-market content and strategies for Asset Lifecycle Management solutions, including asset optimization, real estate and facilities operations, and energy and sustainability management.
· Support sales, technical teams, and business partners through targeted enablement materials that drive product adoption, technical proficiency, and pipeline growth.
· Align messaging and resources to ensure consistency across campaigns and partner initiatives.
This position is critical to enabling sellers, partners, and customers with the tools and insights needed for success.
**Required technical and professional expertise** * 1-3 years in product management, ideally in enterprise asset management (IBM Maximo or TRIRIGA). * Experience in strategy, offering, or product management roles.
* Familiarity with Maximo or other enterprise asset management solutions.
* Strong communication skills (writing, presenting) and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
* Comfortable leading in-person sessions and working in a matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
Technical & Analytical Skills * Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of competitive analysis and experience with topical research.
* Background in using Generative AI tools to improve productivity.
