Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator to oversee and coordinate employee benefits programs within our organization. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is adept at managing diverse benefit functions and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.

• Coordinate COBRA administration to ensure compliance and timely communication with eligible participants.

• Handle leave of absence processes, including tracking, documentation, and communication with employees.

• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation and benefit processing.

• Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit options and enrollment procedures.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and optimize benefit programs.

• Develop and deliver training materials related to employee benefits and leave policies.

• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve concerns related to benefits in a timely manner.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to benefits administration.• Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.

• Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and leave of absence management.

• Familiarity with compensation and benefits practices, including payroll coordination.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Effective communication skills to interact with employees and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in HR systems and software for benefits tracking and reporting.

• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations governing employee benefits.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
