Ensured adherence to labor and immigration laws, maintaining all procedures in line with current regulations.

Maintained accurate and up-to-date employee records to support efficient HR and administrative operations.

Coordinated travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation for visitors.

Provided administrative support to internal departments as needed.

Oversaw factory cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.
