Salary range- $50,000-58,000 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and record daily cash deposits; maintain cash control sheets

Enter finalized cash receipts and update AR ledgers by customer

Provide invoice copies upon request and process daily credit card deposits

File check stubs, bank receipts, and related financial documentation

Research and resolve customer payment claims, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks

Respond to AR inquiries via phone and email; follow up as needed

Contact customers for account updates or past-due follow-up

Assist with special projects and department initiatives as needed Preferred Experience & Qualifications

1+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience
