• Receive, review and follow up on leads generated for the Thick Shake Factory franchise opportunity (via website enquiries, events, referrals, campaigns).
• Qualify incoming leads: assess their investment capacity, location suitability, business intent, and alignment with the brand’s franchise requirements.
• Engage in outreach (calls, emails, WhatsApp/virtual meetings) to build rapport, understand the prospect’s needs and ambitions, and communicate the value proposition of the franchise.
• Deliver tailored presentations/demos of the franchise model: brand proposition, operational support, ROI estimates, site & setup requirements, training & ongoing support.
• Handle objection management: anticipate and address concerns around cost, location, marketing, business model, profitability, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams (franchise operations, real-estate/site selection, marketing, finance) to support the lead through the lifecycle from interest evaluation decision onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, conversion pipeline in CRM / lead-tracking system.
• Achieve conversion targets: number of qualified leads, meetings arranged, franchise agreements signed.
• Support creation of proposal/documents for prospects (franchise information brochure, cost + revenue model, contract outline).
• Provide regular reporting to the BDM on pipeline health, conversion ratios, feedback from prospects, reasons for non-conversion, suggestions for improvement.
